Terms & Conditions
1. General Overview
By booking or participating in any dive, trip, or course with Taz Diving, you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure the safety, enjoyment, and professionalism of all participants and staff.

2. Eligibility
All participants must:

Be at least 18 years of age, or have written consent from a parent or guardian.

Hold a valid diving certification for the level of dive booked (unless participating in a beginner or training program).

Be medically fit to dive, and disclose any relevant medical conditions prior to diving.

Complete a liability waiver and medical declaration form before participation.
3. Safety, Conduct, and Right of Refusal
Safety and respect are our top priorities. All participants must follow the instructions and safety briefings provided by Taz Diving staff and behave respectfully toward guides, crew, and other guests.
Taz Diving reserves the right to refuse service, remove, or refuse participation to any person at any time if, in our judgment, they:

Are under the influence of alcohol or drugs;

Display unsafe, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior toward staff or other participants;

Harass, intimidate, or make others feel uncomfortable;

Fail to follow dive briefings or safety instructions; or
-
Pose a risk to themselves, others, or the environment.
No refunds will be issued in these cases.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made by Taz Diving due to weather, safety, or operational reasons could be eligible refunded or rescheduled.

Cancellations made by participants are subject to our standard cancellation policy (see “Bookings & Payments” section or your confirmation email).

No-shows or late arrivals will not be eligible for refunds.
5. Equipment and Liability
All equipment provided by Taz Diving is maintained to high safety standards. Participants are responsible for using equipment properly and reporting any issues immediately.
Taz Diving is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage resulting from failure to follow safety instructions, negligent behavior, or unforeseeable incidents.

6. Environmental Responsibility
We are committed to protecting marine life and ecosystems. Divers must follow all environmental guidelines, including no touching or collecting marine life, no littering, and maintaining good buoyancy control.

7. Changes to Terms
Taz Diving reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on our website and apply immediately upon publication.
